What the vendor says and what its pages leave out
RumbleUp publishes tiered per-segment rates, from 3 cents per SMS segment at 1 to 10k messages, with a $19 monthly fee and a $5 new account charge. Its 10DLC page lists Campaign Registry fees that the pricing page does not mention.
Strengths
- Pricing page lists SMS at 3 cents per segment, 2.5 cents above 10k messages and 2 cents above 250k, plus MMS at 8, 7 and 5 cents. [1]
- Political campaigns have no minimum commitment on 10DLC and renew month to month, and RumbleUp says it does not mark up TCR charges. [1]
- Pricing page lists free incoming replies, credits that roll over every month and support seven days a week. [1][2]
Limitations
- The pricing page lists a $5 new account charge only; the 10DLC page lists one-time TCR fees of $69 to $104 and $3 to $10 per month per campaign, deducted from the account. [1][2]
- Cancellation is described two ways and no refund policy is stated. [1][2]
- Registered traffic cannot be sent for 24 hours after 10DLC registration, on top of a stated 5 to 7 business day registration time. [1][2]
